Trinity Anglicare - Emergency Relief
For all sorts of reasons, some people are not able to pay their rent, their electricity bill is too much to pay, Telstra phone bill too large, gas bill has to be paid or they cannot afford their medication.
Trinity Anglicare helps where ever possible with small grants to provide some help.
Anglicare Emergency Relief is on Mondays and Fridays between 12 noon and 3pm at the Pantry.
No appointment is necessary, but people applying for assistance must bring with them when they come:
- For rent assistance - their rental papers, lease or receipts which have the landlord's name and address.
- For assistance with electricity, gas or phone bills - the electricity or gas or Telstra phone bill.
- For help to get their medication at the chemist - the prescription from your doctor.
